ages 13-18 and have a parent or guardian that is a member of River City FCU,
you're eligible to open a YES account. Instead of always carrying cash
or saving money in a piggy bank, now you can have a secure place to take

account. That's because River City FCU wants to help you develop sound
financial skills, like balancing a checkbook and paying back a loan on a timely
