POSITION TITLE:                   VP - Share Products & Services

 

DEPARTMENT/BRANCH:       Share Product & Services/Downtown Office

 

 


SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS
:  Plans, organizes, directs and controls all share product and service development and implementation activities to meet credit union strategic goals and objectives.  Insures compliance with credit union policies and regulations affecting shares, new accounts and interactive channel administration.  

 

 

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:  Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).  Experience: Five to ten years of consumer financial service experience.  Interpersonal: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact.  Ability to motivate and influence others and foster sound working relationships.  Problem Solving:  Ability to make operational decisions by resolving complex problems encountered through analysis and research.  Other: Proficiency in MS Office skills and able to make formal presentations.   Symitar Episys experience preferred.  May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.

POSITION TITLE:                   Member Service Center Manager

 

DEPARTMENT/BRANCH:       Share Product & Services/Downtown Office

 

 


SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS
:  Directs Member Service Center activity to meet established strategic financial, operational, service and growth plans.  Manages the operations of the Service Center and insures staff establishes and maintains professional and courteous relationship with members.  Supports, coaches and develops staff to provide fast and accurate service.

 

 

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:  Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).  Experience: Two to five years in a call center environment.  Interpersonal: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required in addition to normal courtesy and tact.  Problem Solving:  Work requires analytical ability, judgment and ingenuity. Other: Proficient MS Office skills.  Experience with Avaya IP Office preferred.  Supervisory experience helpful. May be required to lift up to 60 pounds.
