Your Board of Directors is comprised of members just like you. They are unpaid volunteers and are elected to three-year terms. Board members provide direction on long-range objectives, determine policy and monitor the progress of the credit union.
Of the seven Directors on the Board, there will be four openings: one 1-year term and three 3-year terms. The Board-appointed Nominating Committee has submitted the following candidates (listed alphabetically) for your consideration:

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Schreiner University and is working on his master’s degree. He is currently a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

Mr. Glass is Assistant General Counsel for AT&T and has been with the company since 1977.
